Will your service work with my Device?
For our service to work with your device make sure your device is a 4G device and check our coverage map for coverage in your area. Our plans are compatible with all 4G LTE devices. Please Note: 2G & 3G services might not be available in all areas due to carrier Decommissioning/ shutdown of these frequencies, SpeedTalk Mobile recommends using 4G or newer devices for better service.
Where do I get a SIM card?
The only way you can get a SIM card from Speedtalk is by purchasing a plan from us.
What happens after I purchased a plan from Speedtalk?
We will ship you a SIM card with activation instructions. Once you receive our SpeedTalk SIM card you can activate it with a new number (activation instructions provided on the SIM card kit) the new number will be assigned to that SIM card (the plan cycle will start from the time you first activate it) and you can start using it on your device.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. SpeedTalk Mobile is a subscription-based service that puts your plan’s control in your hands. In addition to giving you the flexibility you need, we stand by our No Credit Check /No Contract wireless service policy. You will be able to cancel at any time by submitting a disconnect request to our support team online.
What happens if I go over my data?
You can use as much data as you need. If you exceeded your data plan, 1GB of data will be added at the same basic rate to cover for overages. Overages/Additional Data Add-on purchased will only be available to use during the current plan cycle, any unused data from the Data Add-on will not rollover to next month. If you choose not to enable “Overages Auto Refill” and you run out of data before your plan cycle ends, data service will be suspended for the remaining of the plan cycle.
Why My Data is not working on my device?
APN is short of Access Point Name and provides the device with the information needed to connect to the cellular network to use data/GPRS/GPS, in other words, APN is what your device reads from the SIM card to establish a cellular data connection on your device. You can find your SIM card APN info when you login online to your SpeedTalk account, or you can refer to the activation confirmation email we first sent when you activated your SIM card.
